1.Forming, hot pressing, trimming and stacking are fully automatic operated.
2. The vacuum system is used for product forming and transferring.
3. High-pressure water system is used for cleaning the molds and the rough edges of products.

Features:

1. Able to finish mesh replacement within as short as 5 mins;
2. Screen frame transfer method is adopted,which reduces the consumption of vacuum and compressed air; less hole blocking chances and time for mold maintenance extended by 1-2 months,black spots over the products avoided;
3. Fully automatic operation on forming, hot pressing, trimming, testing and stacking, reducing labor cost.
